It short, at randoj whether I'm traveling mining or doing literally anything (mostly in large open areas or while travelling along large open areas like my survival world itself which is now 517mb) the game just crashes and freezes

As stated in the summery my game tends to crash at random without any warning and when it does so it sends me back 20 seconds in progression time as in where I previously was 20 seconds ago. This can also be far worse as just today I was playing for a few hours in the morning (with a few crashes) and decided to log off once i found an island to build on free of mobs or caves in pure daylight. Then I log on a few minutes from when I'm writting this bug report and come to find I've been respawned back to my homebase WITHOUT ALL OF MY ITEMS. I find this island again with half of my stuff missing, and this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Do note that a previous crash happened whilst the auto save icon appeared and it tends to do so sometimes when these crashes occur. Please help me and others who are struggling with these crashes to get this fixed. Also please note that these crashes can also occur whilst exciting the world which I heard had previously been fixed, guess not🤔
