Modified shulker boxes in addons are buggy in many cases. Either their texture is incomplete or totally invisible and/or they function differently to the intended result.
How to recreate:
1. Download any addons that modifies shulker boxes. On some platforms, this glitch will occur.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to third party addons here on the bug tracker, but please add more details if you think this also affects vanilla Minecraft or a Mojang developed marketplace pack.
In many cases this is caused by a pack being "converted" from Java to Bedrock which don't work for 100% of items etc and thats not a bug but rather just a fault in the addon.
If you believe this to be an issue with the way Minecraft handles shulkers in addons please raise a new report and provide examples of such packs and the steps to reproduce the issue.
