I have a pen containing sheep that is well lit - it's surrounded by glow stones, but the grass no longer grows back after the sheep have eaten it. I'm comparing the speed of grass regrowth to previous versions of both 0.11 and 0.10.5 in which the grass grew back at an acceptable rate.
