Whenever importing any file whether that be a resource, Behavior or .mcworld file the game always denies the download with an error with no errors in the error log. That makes it impossible to get anything.

Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to third party addons here on the bug tracker, but please add more details if you think this also affects the vanilla Minecraft game or a Mojang developed marketplace pack
I'd suggest contacting the server owner directly or seeking help on the Minecraft forums.
