Sometimes the beta title screen is the normal one with cats and pandas. Other times it is the new nether update screen. But it keeps flipping between each one,like it doesn't know what to do. Is this a bug,or is it intentional?

it isn't a bug, it's a feature that is only there during the beta to remind you that the game can be unstable.
