Tamed horse and other pets disappear after crash

I was riding my horse back home with my parrot on my shoulder when my game crashed. After I reentered the game, I was in the same area as when the crash happened, but my horse and parrot had disappeared. I used commands to teleport all entities to me, but they still could not be found. I know there is a bug that is the exact same as this and it says that it was resolved back it 1.12, but this has already happened twice in my 1.14.60 world, so it has obviously not been resolved, or it has somehow come back. I would be really grateful if this bug could be fixed because I really don't want to keep losing horse armor and saddles. Thanks! This is the link to the "resolved" bug from 1.12: MCPE-48877
