After saving and quiting my surival world then joining again after some time, i noticed that a few of the items I previously had in my inventory had gone missing. I checked all my chests but i could not find them. The main item that went missing was 6 blaze rods. I do not have any screen shots of the blaze rods in my inventory before they went missing.
