When I enter the Minecraft marketplace and view my packs, blue exclamation points appear next to texture packs that I own. When I click on a specific pack, the update button at the top-right side of the page is highlighted green. Everytime that I press update, the button makes a click noise but nothing happens, the download never starts. I'd like to enjoy the items that I've purchased such as VanillaBDCraft which is the texture pack that I mainly use, but this bug makes it impossible to use the current version of the content that I've payed for. It's very frustrating that a game that's nearly ten years old still doesn't have the level of polish that you'd expect, especially regarding content that you have to pay for. Please fix your game.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-57377, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature to see if the issue has already been mentioned.
You should be able to update your texture packs by deleting and redownloading them.
