Back ground music or the music doesn’t play and audio doesn’t work without head phones

Without using headphones the audio for Minecraft won’t play anything at all even with all volume settings on 100%. Even if I do use headphones no background music plays and juke say disk are playing but there is no music. I tried playing the game on multiple ios devices and they all have the same problem.
