This issue happened to me a while ago, I turned on my Xbox and entered Minecraft to play on my survival world, and when I entered I went to my worlds and I didn't find it anywhere. I tried restarting Minecraft, nothing happened, I tried restarting my Xbox, still nothing. At last I accepted this was an error until I finally logged into here to report my bug. Also, I don't know if this contributed to the bug because this never happened to me when I used the Xbox One Wireless Controller but at the time I was playing with a keyboard and a wireless mouse that I connected to the Xbox One USB port.
