[MCPE-84777] Music Discs not working

Recently I installed Minecraft 1.16.0 on my phone. When I went to use music discs though, they wouldn't play sound.

Same here in pocket edition, this was happening in 1.14 also, it was supposed to be fixed but it is still broken, also there is no background music playing, haven't had that for months
