Just got a new tablet – ValuePad VP112-10, running Android 4.4.2. MC:PE downloads, installs, and opens. However, If I try to create a world, whether in Creative or Survival, I get the same error message: "'My World' can't be opened." The manufacturer of the tablet says there may be a compatibility issue between Android and MC:PE, but I haven't seen nearly enough people having problems with it for this to be the case. PLEASE HELP!!! I have also tried using Mine Sync to import my saved worlds, to see if this would bypass the "Create" option, but no luck. NOTHING will open. Otherwise, the interface looks normal. Just can't actually PLAY. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yes, I am still having the same problem. However, the error message under the latest version is slightly different. "'My World' can't be opened. Bad file number." This still happens, regardless of whether I'm trying to create a new world under Creativity and Survival, as well as if I try to open an existing world.
These are the most recent screenshots as of today, 7/5/15, under the new version: v0.11.1 alpha. Please advise if there is a fix, or something else I should try to resolve. Thank you! 🙂
