Crashes/Lost World

I am really mad and upset right now. Before the new nether update came out I have been having crashes randomly. I thought the new update would have fixed the crashes but it didn't. it kept crashing so I follow some steps online like delete local saves and factory reset my console. And now I lost all my world I spent years on and I am really really mad. All I wanted was to play the new update. Now I feel like uninstall the game and never play it ever again.
