My map was working just fine while out exploring(survival) then the player icon was showing on a place I was not anywhere near. After that the icon was just stuck in the middle of the map and would not move. I found a village and tried to expand the map to see if that would fix it now I'm left with a blank map and no clue where I am because of a broken map. A lot of time wasted. This was the started map for this world too.
