Loading screen not loading

Hello Mojang! I don't mean to give you any trouble but I would like to describe my little issue with my copy of Minecraft for the PlayStation 4. It's about the new loading screen of Minecraft. At first I was able to perfectly play the new Minecraft 1.16 update. But after my experience, I turned off my PlayStation 4 and turned it back on about an hour later. After booting up Minecraft once again I noticed that it was on the Mojang Studios screen for an oddly long time. About 8 minutes. I figured that the servers were having trouble handling all the players and figured it would clear up after about another 8 minutes. 3 to 4 hours go by and it is still stuck at the Mojang Studios screen. I checked my PlayStation 4 constantly and nothing was working. I restarted Minecraft multiple times and my PlayStation 4 but nothing did the trick. I had lots of space on my PlayStation 4 and only shared it with my brother. After an hour later it still would not change. So I decided I would contact you. Im sure there is a simple explanation for this and I hope im able to play the game again. I am very sorry if I wasted your time with this question but nevertheless, I hope to play Minecraft 1.16 and with that, thank you for such an amazing game. Tony
