It does not contain enough information and as such, we've unable to understand or reproduce the bug.
I've updated a few worlds and all have mobs, its also unclear what "mobs like piglins" means, are you saying hostile mobs don't spawn? Just piglins? In the overworld as well? Just the nether?
Please have a read through the Guide on creating bug reports and make sure to include enough information in a new report so that a volunteer can easily reproduce the bug you describe.
