The toggle for education edition is on, the world is on immutable world, but the worldbuilder ability does not work. When giving people the ability to "world build" nothing happens. It's like they never got the worldbuilder ability. This breaks all of my maps. I hope you smash this bug soon.

I'm having this same problem, worldbuilder does not work in either an immutable world, or even when a player is in adventure mode. This needs to be fixed soon
