There are times when I get stuck in the menu or it also happens sometimes when I just come in, it gets stuck in the background and it closes a little, but it's annoying

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
