Wrong items through world conversion

Since the Nether Update is upon us, I decided to finally convert my Playstation 4 Edition world to a Bedrock world. But for some reason my stacks of dried kelp blocks are now stacks of poisonous potatoes, and my bamboo is now gold horse armor. This is the only two items I noticed that were different, but there could be more.

hey can you do a test for me? take the 64 horse armor out of the chest and try to put the full stack on the horse

The horse armor when equipped to the horse just becomes a single horse armor.

thanks for telling me. now we both have more knowledge

Also dropping the items and converting the world still changes the block. It could be that the item ID in the Playstation Edition is different than Bedrock's item ID.
