Block interaction distance is reduced from 6 to 5.
Steps to repeat:
1) Build a vertical pillar of dirt at least 8 blocks high
2) Destroy bottom 2 blocks
3) Walk into the space of the destroyed blocks
4) Look up
5) Destroy blocks above you until you cannot destroy any more
6) See that the total on 0.11 is 5 blocks. On 0.10 it is 6 blocks
Additionally, try this:
1) Pillar up to a height of 3 blocks above surrounding flat land.
2) Attempt to place a block at the base of this pillar.
3) See that on 0.11 you cannot, while on 0.10 you can.

Also instead of digging down 4 blocks, it only digs down 3.
Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Android 5.0
I don't think that this is a bug; Minecraft PC's interaction distance is only 4 blocks on single player, and 5 on multiplayer.
