Dear mojang studios, I wait for long time fix this bug but you didn't so it's time to tell you, this bug is from 1.13 when you add a skins creation, when someone play with another players, there skins will change to one of them like that, this glitch it work in Minecraft pe multiplayers like worlds, realms, and sometimes in servers, it also work with anothers players and YouTubers, please fix it, it's very annoying, and I wish you do that.
