In front of me was a Shulker box that was keeping its inventory open at that time an archer shot me, which stuck between the wall of between 2 stairs and 2 stone from my previous place (attached a screenshot) netherine heard that she modified the recoil maybe it has to do with it. It is not clear from the description what the "problem" is. Arrows shot by mobs will stick where they hit until they despawn, so that is normal. If you saw an arrow stuck somewhere (not apparent from the attachment) that is probably one that missed you.
