Whenever we attempt to launch the game all we get is a black and white screen with the mojang logo and bars moving up and down. Some times we can let it sit for 30-45 minutes and the game will finally load...sometimes not.

Currenly it is sitting on the red loading screen but I have seen this just sit on the black and white screen as well. Also why has this been set to resolved? Nothing has been done yet.
