Unable to join or host a minecraft world.

Ever since bedrock was released to playstation I have had the issue of not being able to join or host a multiplayer world of any sort. Minecraft says it's a PSN error but all my other games work perfectly fine with multiplayer. Before the minecraft bedrock update I could host and join friends all the time. No matter what I do to minecraft from uninstalling to reinstalling or deleting saved data this pops up when I go to invite someone
