[MCPE-86354] PS4 edition gets stuck on the loading screen, and does not do anything

I have been stuck on the red loading screen for multiple hours. I have restarted my system three times and restarted the application five times, nothing is working. How do I fix this? I have all the newest systems(My console and game are both up-to-date with updates). What do I do?
