[MCPE-86459] Minecraft Bedrock 1.1.6 will not launch after update

I'm on Minecraft Bedrock 1.16 Windows 10 it just will not launch / start up since updating to 1.16.
I see the Mojang logo, red flash screen first, then standard white screen with Minecraft logo text and progress bar, just as the progress bar reaches the end it just crashes, goes back to Windows Desktop and I'm back a square one. Tried uninstalling MC, updating Windows, reinstalling MC and doing that numerous times, still the same issue. MC 1.14.60 was perfect, no issues, this is only since the update to 1.16
Please HELP!

Yeah I have the exact same issue since the I updated. Others have reported this issue too but they haven’t fixed it yet...

I fixed it, formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows. a bit extreme, but it worked. I was previously on Windows 10 Home N and now just have normal Windows 10 Home, perhaps that was the issue, I don't know, but it's working now.
