you have to get the media feature pack. if you dont have the pro n version search for your windows version. if you do have windows pro go to the link and follow the steps to download it for your windows version. it worked for me

Yeah I have the exact same issue since the I updated. Others have reported this issue too but they haven’t fixed it yet...

I have the exact same issue but could not find anyone else reporting it except one guy in the microsoft store. They have to fix this issue fast!
