I didn't send any exe files, It's avi files

I have the exact same issue and tried uninstalling it but nothing worked!They have to fix this issue

Well, It is preventing me from playing the game that i payed 35$ for. How should i stop ? I will stop if this gets fixed

i think i found i fix... https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3145500/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions
you have to get the media feature pack. if you dont have the pro n version search for your windows version. if you do have windows pro go to the link and follow the steps to download it for your windows version. it worked for me
