I will be walking around and sometimes when i move the screen down to look at the ground, the game likes freaks out and the screen starts blinking showing what i was doing before i looked down, and looking down

I've had some jittery moments too. But I think it was because my headphone wire was rubbing against the touch screen. It's weird.
Thats the problem, it happens whenever it wants and i have a Polaroid Tablet PMID703C witht the amazon app store. I can uninstall it and install it and it will be fine, but every once in a while ill install it again, and it will still be doing it, so i have to uninstall it again.

This is most likely an issue with your device's screen, judging from other tickets here and personal experience. Some of these screens start behaving erratically when they get warm, or when your hands are warm.

My problem when I update my mcpe b8 to b9-13.0 and when i play my normal world its always freezing and that case my phone shutdown automatically and then its restart again while in 0.12,1 b8 its seems I play it normally please solve this problem my android version is 2.3.4 xperia so-30c
