I fell off the void from using an ender pearl while trying to teleport through the portal to get to the end cities to find elytra. I fell through the void with all of my new enchanted Netherite gear and my preexisting elytra and lost all of it because of this glitch.
I don't have any video or picture proof because I was so mad about how this could happen and I was unable to think straight in the moment.
