When ever I use the character creator to create custom skins they are being reset or deleted back to alex and/or steve abruptly. This has happened a few times on my account with the Xbox one and IOS platforms on the 1.16.0 & 1.14.60 versions of Minecraft bedrock. In 1.16.0, emotes were introduced and I configured them into a layout that I liked. When my character creator skin disappeared, the emote layout was reset and I had to set it up again. Not sure why this is happening or what’s causing it but I know its a bug and its a bit annoying to undo lost progress that I hopefully didn’t cause.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
