[MCPE-8680] Tile entities back when already deleted

I got things what I had removed when I was in 0.10.4 back now in 0.11.0.
Examples are mob spawners, who spawnes villagers and signs who are flying.
And the problem is I can't delete them anymore

You can fix this by placing a sign where the ghost one is, then breaking the sign
