If you put the new pigstep disc in a jukebox it won’t work even if you downloaded the music pack on the store. I tried several times but it didn’t work.

You have to go the marketplace and download the music pack. This adds all music in minecraft to your game. Just go to the marketplace and search "music". I had this same problem.
