so basically what this is its a skin bug issue your skin changes with the other players skins like if my skin was Steve and the other player as Alex for example the skins changes when the other player joins (i get Alex and he/she gets Steve) same with any other skins please fix this i can send a video proof and u guys can check it out thank you.
