After the nether update, all of my banner textures are gone
But when you use a loom to make a custom banner you will only get a preview of the banner but after you create the custom banner it disappears

I am experiencing the same issue in RTX beta. Using Global Resources and Muddle resource packs. Banners only show up as black and can create custom banner, it appears to look as created in inventory, but when try to hang it, it's only black.

An attachment with a disallowed file extension has been removed from this ticket.
Executable files and documents are not allowed as attachments.
Please attach crash reports, log files and screenshots as they are instead of pasting them into a document.

In RTX, banners of a solid color should be supported now. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue on RTX.
