Purchased Lucky Block game, but the lucky blocks are no appearing, nor can I create one. It does create the world, but not the lucky blocks themselves. I have reinstalled Minecraft, and also re-downloaded the lucky block game, but it is still the same. No lucky Blocks.

Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to External Serversthirds party Merketplace content here on the bug tracker, but please raise a new report if you believe this affects a Mojang developed pack.
I'd suggest contacting the content creator directly or seeking help on the Minecraft forums.
