constant crashes and loss of horses when crash

I have been constantly crashing on multiple occasions. I am completely livid because it happens out of nowhere sometimes at the start of the session sometimes when I am afk. just out of nowhere the game crashes from there if I'm riding a horse the horse disappears. This has happened at least 12 times in the past 3 days. it's getting ridiculous. I already checked if there were any corrupted files. and it's not due to specific actions. maybe something with horses
