[MCPE-881] Everything is blue when using 3rd person underwater

If you toggle on 3rd person view and go underwater, everything is blue even when your view is above water.

One of the screenshots shows how its supposted to be, the other how its not supposted to be.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
