Whenever I go to the name tab in settings then I cannot type something. Keyboard is on the screen. There is no blinking " | ". First it worked but then I colored the name then it happened (0.11.0). Updating to 0.11.1 don't effectet it.

The current temporary solution is to fix/replace your options.txt to correct the name or, if you can't do that, to uninstall and reinstall the app (this will not affect your singleplayer worlds, but you will have to reenter your servers).
Please post any further comments on MCPE-8750 (which I've reopened) and vote for that issue to get it fixed sooner than other bugs.
You need to get a fresh version of options.txt, delete the one in your MCPE, and replace it with that one
