Spent hours trying over and over again meeting the requirements and the Plethora of Cats trophy doesn't unlock. I did it on multiple preset seeds like "Savannah village" over and over again on new worlds or copied worlds. I've unlocked this on Xbox One, but it didn't work on PS4.

I've done this with stray cats AND with breeding them. As mentioned in my original message I've unlocked this already ON XBOX ONE when the pandas and cats update came out. No matter how many cats from villages you get and tame, it doesn't unlock. Multiple people online have been saying the same thing if you Google the trophy.
