I bought the game, but it doesn't register anything for me.

Hi there, I have had this problem for exactly 4 months, but I did not give it importance, until that moment the game registered everything, the steps it took, the challenges, the blocks destroyed, the achievements obtained, etc.
The problem is that out of nowhere, without making any changes, or changing difficulty or game mode, since, I only play in survival, I stop recording everything, I no longer count the hours played, I don't count the steps, not even the achievements, for example, I discovered the biomes, I killed the dragon, and it did not even give me the achievement, I make it clear that at no time did I change it in game mode, or activate cheats or anything, it seems really strange to me, it doesn't tell me nothing at all, I even have a map in which I have been more than 3 days (in hours played), and I don't even count the time in the statistics, I would like an answer please, what bothers me more than anything is not having the achievements, in addition to that, it is not the first time that it happens to me, I have many worlds and games of friends in which the achievements do not give me, even maps created from scratch, and in survival (I also make it clear that I am occupying a translator, since English is not my base language).
