I am Currently having this issue where a minecart hopper is "steeling" from an adjacent hopper one block above: attached is you tube video link: https://youtu.be/mhNsP4oifu4
It was discovered whilst following a tutorial for a Bedrock super smelter and occurred both before and after the 1.16.1 hotfix for player skins (unrelated but thanks for that fix)
I am led to beleave this is not expected behavior as was not part of any tutorial. can I please be updated if this is the case?

is there no way to remove duplicates completely as this is as much as a distraction as the others that lead me to create this post?
They're all kept for reference. A ticket would only be deleted if it's maliciously insincere or objectionable.
When you do a search, you should be able to see which listed tickets are "resolved," and what the resolution is. If you open one that sounds similar to your issue that is resovled as duplicate, then you can find the link to the parent ticket where the issue is being tracked under "issue links."
