I can see my Minecraft skin I created but my friends and other people can't and I don't know why please help

They probably have 'Only Allow Trusted Skins' turned on. Idk when this setting was added, but it really needs to be made more prominent so people know to turn it off.

Do you have the "Only allow trusted skins" setting turned on? If so, does it work if you turn it off?
