I loaded into a new minecraft world and it's giving the affect that I'm in water? There are bubbles showing that I am in water but I'm on a flat world? I've tried with other world settings and it does the same for those too. I've tried to restart my game, make new worlds and everything but this seems to be an issue for all of my worlds. It also doesn’t display the mine craft hand either. It’s a shame because I love playing this game and had many ideas for new worlds.
