Feels like an oversight that silktouch does nothing on crimson nylium. I can assume it also won't work on Warped nylium either. That's pretty frustrating. So far it is impossible to get either to build with in survival mode. Please fix.

Nylium has to be silk touched with a pickaxe, not a shovel.
Nylium isn't a dirt object like mycelium.
