Realm restarted and am trying to replace world with saved world but keeps saying an error occurred.

Hi, I play on Nintendo Switch and just bought realms plus for the 10+ player realm, but I didn't realize that coordinates were off so when we joined it wasn't any big inconvenience until later in the game. When we were trying to mine for diamonds it would take forever to find a couple because we couldn't tell where to mine, so I searched up how to do it and it said to download the world than go to settings than turn coordinates on and replace it with the world in the realm. When I did that it not only didn't work but it also restarted the realm itself and tried everything the email said to do including, closing the realm, checking the backups, changing WiFi, but nothing has worked.
