Cleric won't use their linked brewing stand work station if there are water bottles in the brewing stand.
To reproduce:
place water bottles in brewing stand
trade 8 stacks of rotten flesh with cleric to max out trade
do not leave area that cleric is in - allow enough time to pass that trade should renew
return to cleric - trade will not be renewed
Expected result:
The cleric will use the brewing stand work station if there is blaze powder in it. They should also use the work station if there are water bottles in it. Other professions (such as butchers, armorers, fishermen) will refresh trades when their workstation is not empty (smokers, blast furnaces, and barrels respectively).
I have set up an auto brewer (similar to the one featured in this video) that uses a comparator to tell a dispenser when to add water bottles to the system. If I turn off the dispenser so that the water bottles do not enter the brewing stand I do not have an issue.
