I am not using an AFK fish farm, am fishing in only open water and getting almost no enchanted items at all. Enchanted fishing rods are few and far between and have fewer enchantments. I'm not sure this is bug, I know they changed fishing to stop AFK fish farms but again, I'm not using an AFK fish farm. Only wide open water. Very disappointing.
