After defeating the ender dragon going near the generated end island portal some type of entity that's not there hits the player (I got knocked off and into the void with all netherite because of it) After entering the portal the same thing happens

Did you throw an Ender Pearl? If so, there is a chance you were hit by an endermite. Or it could have been an enderman that teleported away after hitting you.
