[MCPE-89840] I signed in to Minecraft, but it does not work. I can't access realms, add friends, and in servers it says "coming soon"

I downloaded Minecraft to play servers with friends, it turns out I got scammed of money. After I got Minecraft, I was able to play with friends for 2 days. Then the glitch came where I couldn't add friends, couldn't join them and when I join servers it gets stuck. so I could only join worlds. I tried it on different devices, and it didn't work, I tried it on 3 new accounts, still the same problem. I want a refund on Minecraft or please help me fix this issue

Yes I have. I have tried re-signing in many times, my WiFi works, I have even tried making new accounts. It says “account error”

Are you still unable to connect? There was a general realms outage on 6 July as reported in the Official Mojang Status.

Note that we cannot help with refund / purchase issues on the bug tracker. For that you would need to contact Mojang Customer Support

After going to my friends house Minecraft had worked. I have come to my opinion that there is some problem in my WiFi. Also, when my friend came to my house Minecraft didn’t work for him either. Please help me figure out the problem in my WiFi. (It’s not poor at all)

However, this issue is Invalid.

Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker.

Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.

If there is no general outage, please first try to verify that the problem is not with your local connection or network settings. Visit Minecraft Community Support for assistance.
You might also try to deactivate any VPN in use, and check your firewall settings. If your device supports mobile data, try switching to wifi. If possible, try using a different wifi network.

If you are still unable to access a paid service such as a realm or purchased content please contact Mojang Support.

Hello, sorry but I had already figured out the problem about a week ago. The problem is not with Minecraft but with my WiFi. But it still is weird that Minecraft acts that way.
